Where are home visits available?
Eissya accepts home-visit bookings within Ipoh, Perak only.
How much does a visit cost?
A single session is RM140. Three sessions cost RM400; eight sessions cost RM1,000. Transport is additional and confirmed before booking.
Do I need a referral?
You can enquire directly. If a person has a complex or recent medical condition, existing medical advice may help and a medical review may be recommended.
Can a family member book for an older parent?
Yes. A family member can start the conversation; the patient should be involved in decisions wherever possible.
Is home physiotherapy suitable after a stroke?
It may be suitable for ongoing movement and mobility goals after medical assessment. Eissya will consider the person's stability, current abilities and safety needs.
How often should visits happen?
Frequency is individual and depends on goals, assessment, health status and available support.
What do I prepare?
A safe, comfortable space and clothing that allows movement are useful. Relevant reports can be discussed during the visit.
